Spiked Speedwell? by xwiechers

Does anyone know the name of this plant. I took a picture of it at the Bloedel Floral Conservatory but forgot to get the name of the plant. It looks like a Spiked Speedwell. Can someone that knows verify this? via 500px http://ift.tt/1lYptkV
