This is my new fav spot in Iceland ,took my family to visit my best friend who lives in a town near this mountain Kirkjufell (church mountain) we had dinner with them and sat a talked all night :) but it was getting close to sunset so i was getting restless i wanted to get out to this spot and wait for the sun to set but as we where getting closer it looked like it would rain …. ok lets get it over with i said and go home ,I'm not gona get what i was after so got out of the car ,there where 3 photographers there already , it wasn't long until i saw a beautiful glow sneaking into the town of Grundarfjordur near by ,and i could just feel my heart getting exited and i said to hubby look at that light and then it happened the sky got all red and gorgeous and hubby said that i got a look in my eyes and i dint hear him hehe i just whent into another world in my head i was alone there ,by now there where 5 of us there i think dint really notice all of the photographers there but i saw they where in the same mode i was ,shot shot shot and i was just in an awwww of what i was seeing in front of me ,i just wanted to scream it was so gorgeous ,when the light started to fade i got back to my old self and stopped and talked to a guy and his girlfriend i guess from the UK they where gonna get some sleep and see the sun come up again . Me i had my kids in the car save with there big sister ( they had also seen what we saw and where jus jumping up and down when i got back to the car ,along came our friends from earlier dinner ,they had also been watching this but to them this was normal :) but me i had adrenaline pumping all over so fast i was ready for more . via 500px http://ift.tt/1nJgLHT
