More at http://ift.tt/1B0fNQR Recently I spent a weekend hiking around my favorite national park in the pacific northwest. It was a moonless night which meant that the Milky Way galaxy was out in full effect. After a long night of hiking around the eastern side of Mt Rainier National Park, 3am rolled around and the Milky Way had finally moved into position behind the mountain. You could faintly see climbers up on the slopes with the naked eye... looking into my camera I couldn't believe how bright their dim lights were. Like a trail of tiny glowing marching ants. || Portfolio || Facebook || Flickr || Google+ || Instagram || Twitter || via 500px http://ift.tt/1tgMHvv
