This is from the same vantage as the previous night shot, however this image was taken on the first evening of this trip. With the weatherman forecasting clear blue, I had been expecting to be shooting almost exclusively night shots. Luckily, the weatherman was wrong twice, and the skies treated us to glorious sunsets over two of the best viewpoints in the park. I wanted to include as much of the sky as possible, so I decided to take multiple exposures while panning down to create a vertical panorama. While the ratio is that of a single image, this is an extremely wide view as I am basically on top of those foreground flowers. It was a great evening enjoyed with some fellow photographers. After sunset, we went back out to catch the milky way rising 90 degrees to the left of this shot. via 500px http://ift.tt/1AQ1cFP
