Upon returning to our camp in the Masai Mara, the sky turned a dark grey and announced an approaching storm. The change was abrupt. Now nearly black, the clouds roiled and large drops of rain began to fall. We turned around to see a moving stormfront that was now the backdrop to the sudden appearance of six silhouettes of topi. The antelopes moved toward us and I waited for the perfect composition. It was an almost unreal play of light and color, clouds and shapes: topis in front of falling rain as the setting sun backlights the entire scene in hues of orange, red and purple. via 500px http://ift.tt/1q7Z8Eu
