A Chinese boat fills up with grain at the Amgen port in the Puget Sound. Dust from the filling process is showing up as a small cloud over the bow. In the background on the left are the Seattle dock yard lights and beyond the boat on the right are the West Seattle lights. The name of the boat is the Ri Guan Feng.
