It was windy and snowing hard when I setup camp on the rim of Crater Lake. I didn't have much hope for sunrise the next morning since everything was so clouded in I couldn't even see the lake. However, there was a brief respite in the weather the next morning and a small crack opened in the clouds to produce this amazing color. via 500px http://ift.tt/1BimT6N
