The Setai Hotel luxury skyscraper was completed in 2010 .it's address is 400 Fifth Avenue ..just a couple of blocks down from the Empire State Building . The base of the tower is constructed of limestone......It is surrounded here with the older architecture of Midtown Manhattan .
