THE SURGE | Jokulsarlon, Iceland One of the scariest moments during the time we were shooting this icy beach. Huge waves suddenly came in successions making a surge of water and sharp ice. I remember my exit strategy in cases like this, depsite the planning some ice debris still manage to hit my benro tripod but did not do any damage. One of my colleague actually broke his tripod protecting himself from these deadly icebergs.
