Here is a shot of a Stellar sea eagle, taken while we were on a boat tour near the Hokkaido island. I was lucky that there was plenty of sun that morning to lighten up the yellow parts of this magnificent bird. The birds are pretty big and can have a wingspan of 2.5 meter, also the claws are pretty big, not a bird you want to argue with.......
