Tropical Storm Dolly generated large waves in the western Gulf of Mexico, prompting many Mexican Shrimps to seek safe harbor in the Port of Brownsville. The Jackie C happened to have missed the Ship Channel and ended up stranded on the beach ... which made for a great subject the following sunrise...
