This particular location is more than popular, the Kirkjufell mountain has become famous during the last couple of years and can be found on every second picture from Iceland... I have taken pictures of this mountain several times during the last years and I was lucky enough to capture Kirkjufell with northern lights, beautiful light and weather situations ... But I have to be honest, I was not able to resist :-) Jaja, ich weiß. Der Berg ist auf jedem zweiten Islandbild zu sehen. Ich selbst habe in den vergangenen Jahren schon diverse Aufnahmen vor Ort zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten realisieren können, mit Nordlichtern, im herbstlichen Farbkleid, im Sturm… Allerdings bieten sich nicht häufig die Gelegenheiten, bei solch einem fantastischem Licht solche Motive ablichten zu können.
