It´s so thrilling what the little Island La Gomera with a maximum diameter of just less than 25 km has to reveal. Beside the UNESCO World Heritage laurel forest and bizarre sea scapes there are some hidden little "Deserts" made of reddish volcanic rock. In the dark I went up the hill and took use of the first light. It was really tough to catch a good spot - also the sun dissapeard a few moments later behind the clouds.
