Alftavatn Iceland One of the most amazing walks I have had the pleasure of doing. Marianne and I spent a lunch break up here and in retrospect, next time we would consider camping instead of staying at the hut as it's quite a way off at the Lake shore to be doing an out and back for dawn or dusk but that's on the cards for another visit in the future some time!
