Milky Way over Alabama Hills by nightscape
Milky Way over granite pinnacles at Alabama Hills - Tuttle Creek Canyon area. There are 6 battery powered lights hidden among the rocks that were used to light this scene. These pinnacles are about 40 feet (14 m.) high. Most of my NightScapes are ONE exposure (less than 30 seconds), with just enough light painting added during the exposure to enhance landscape recognition.
