Crowd of Kings by gurdyal
White-throated Kingfisher(s) (3 juveniles and 1 adult) : Never expected to capture this shot , simply because kingfishers are pretty shy and if you approach like 50 meters near them.. they would fly away 100 meters away form you. Had set up my camera on the tripod and hoped one of them would visit on regular feeding spot.. to my luck whole family showed up after like 35-45 minutes :) what a day ! via 500px http://ift.tt/1kyc1mG

Twin peaks - from the unknown Antarctica by JrnAllanPedersen
This is a shot from an area in Antarctica were no human had been before december 2011. I was a lucky member of an expedition who was the first to enter this beautiful part of the world. And this is the first shot ever of this majestic mountain. The expedition was called "Return to the Penguins Kingdom - In the spirit of Roald Amundsen". And was done to honor Roald Amundsen at his hundred year anniversary of being the first man at the South Pool in December 1911. via 500px http://ift.tt/1t1LYcJ

From my “Alice in Wonderland” series" De mi serie "Alicia en el país de las Maravillas" http://ift.tt/OQ19sd The Buen Retiro Park is the one of the largest parks of the city of Madrid, Spain. The park belonged to the Spanish Monarchy until the late 19th century, when it became a public park. The gardens have originated between 1630 and 1640, when the Count-Duke of Olivares (Gaspar de Guzmán y Pimentel), favorite of Philip IV (1621-1665), the King gave him some land that had been ceded by the Duke of Fernan Nunez for the recreation of the Court about the Jeronimos Monastery in Madrid The Buen Retiro Park is the one of the largest parks of the city of Madrid, Spain.
