Lost Canyon by Bsam
It is two years in the making of this image. I went to this place several time but failed to have to condition I would like to have. At last, persistence did pay. All elements have been met. Your support and constructive comment is greatly appreciated in advance. via 500px http://ift.tt/TYGF3X

Oneonta Falls by mattk
This photo is from Oneonta Falls just outside of Portland, Oregon. Oneonta has been on my photography bucket-list for years, and I finally got the chance to visit. The weather was beautiful (although the water was a bit cold) and we were treated to some light rays coming across the falls at just the right time. I wrote a full story about my trip, along with some other photos over on my blog at: www.mattk.com via 500px http://ift.tt/1vaUwSL
Prowling Panther by MajeedBadizadegan
website [lots of updates, check it out!!] || facebook Best viewed on black. First start off with some thank you's. Thanks to Ryan Dyar for putting out a great "Painting with Light" video. Some techniques were used in this image, and he has some great tips, found here: http://ift.tt/1hEK8JF. Thanks Ted Gore for the location inspiration. This is the second time I'd been to Panther Creek Falls in Washington. I was kind of bored shooting comps at the first drop where the water converges. I loved the challenge of crossing this stream waist-high to get an interesting perspective on this fall. I did a ninja like move to duck under a log, and all kinds of crazy stuff. My boots were filled with water and I was completely immersed in the landscape. I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for looking! via 500px http://ift.tt/1g8roaE
